Adnams Classic Sauvignon is made using grapes grown on the beautiful slopes of the Loire Valley where proximity to the Loire River makes for characterful wines. This beautiful, verdant region is admired for its opulent châteaux gardens with spectacular mazes, which are reflected in the label design for this firm Adnams favourite. Crafted by winemakers Arnaud and Albéric Lechat using grapes from a single vineyard, it has the refreshing, aromatic qualities associated with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, the textured minerality of Sancerre and the ripe fruity flavours of classic Touraine. This is delightfully pure and is a joy when you feel like something fresh and zingy.
